Arrival Time:

Check in time at the Metamora Inn is between 2:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. An earlier or later check in time can be arranged and approved by the innkeeper. We like to be here to greet you and attend to your needs. If for any reason your arrival time changes, a call would be appreciated. Breakfast time is set at arrival time. This would be a good time to inform me if you have any food allergies.
Parking:

We provide one free parking spot to accommodate each guest room. Nearby parking is available if guests arrive in more than one vehicle. During special event weekends when parking space is crucial, we ask that you please move your car to public parking once you check out at 11:00. We will need that parking space for our next guests.
Departure Time:

Check out time is 11:00 A.M. We do give our guests an extended stay on Sunday to allow more time for shopping. Those that arrive by train may also stay until the train leaves on Sunday afternoon. Later check outs may be arranged by chance on other days.
Minimum Night’s Stay:

We do not require a two night’s stay at this time, however, we may ask for two nights during special events or holidays. Many of our attractions in Metamora are two day events. Most guests want to stay the duration of the event.
For this reason, we may ask you to book a minumum of two days because we will have lost the rental of the room. We do try to work
with our guests when we can. We hope you understand that we are a very small inn with limited capabilities.
Rates:

Rates are for single or double occupancy, and include our incredible, home cooked breakfast served at your own private table. All rates are subject to change without notice. Rates also are subject to the 7% Indiana State Sales Tax, and a 5% innkeeper’s tourist tax. Our rate is $89 per night based on double occupancy with an added $15 for each additional person.
Children:

Well behaved children are welcome at no extra charge under the age of 10, however, the $15 charge for extra persons will apply to older children.
*We do not have cribs, cots or high chairs for small children. Please consider bringing a Pack and Play or whatever you may need for your child.
Pets:
Because of our limited space and for the comfort of all our guests, we cannot accept pets no matter how small.
Smoking:

We are a non-smoking inn. If you would like to smoke on the back porch or in the yard, we will be happy to provide you with an ashtray. Smoking inside the Inn will result in an immediate request to leave, and an additional cleaning fee of $250
Payment Method:

We accept cash, Visa and MasterCard.
Reservation Policy:

We require a credit card number to secure the room.
Cancellation Policy:

If you choose to cancel your stay with us, you must do so within 7 days of your arrival time. For special event weekends, we require a two week notice of cancellation. If you cancel in less than 7 days, you will be charged the full amount of the room according to the innkeepers discretion.
